<p>I have tried to find any reason why Sam/Sameen Shaw has been called Samantha on various sites as I cannot for the life of me find ANY canon confirmation that Samantha has ever been used as an alias for her. Are we going by scripts or something? Because on the actual show, she's only ever known by Sam or Sameen or by her surname Shaw. Why the insistance that she's Samantha?

<p>The most recent episode (3x17 "/") had the machine display her name as "Sameen". I think the article should be changed to Sameen from Samantha, as I can't find a source on this either.

The article has already been renamed to "Sameen Shaw".
