<p>It's far too soon to know. Renewal decisions are made in the spring, near the end of the season. The media sites that follow various shows' performance all seem to think POI is doing fine, and it routinely wins its time slot in at least viewership, so there's not a lot to worry about. But there's also 12 episodes to go, so a lot can happen. </p><p>This is the time of year when the episodes begin to spread out, so be prepared… </p>

<p>asset #2054: LG,l agree,l think there will be a fifth season,simply for the fact that in order to effectively syndicate a series/program it needs at least a five yr lifespan... POI,is one of the best(in my opinion)programs on major network tv,but it can be a little highbrow for some protential viewers(esp the Sam arc)unless you've watched the series from the end of season two to the present,you prob would be lost... if CBS does decide to eventually drop it,l hope that a cable network such as SciFi,FX,TNT,etc would pick it up.... </p>

<p>Sorry, previous post was me not logged in. </p><p>My only wish is that the show would be afforded enough respect, both by the network and the writers, to allow it to "end" rather than be cancelled. So many great shows have gotten a true ending and I think that's part of what made them so great. As much as I love POI, it's because I love it that I'd rather see it end than go on eternally only to run itself into the ground and get cancelled. I, personally, would be happy with around 6 to 7 seasons as, from what I've seen and experienced, that amount seems to be perfect for a wholesome series. That's all just me though. What do you all think? (As a sidenote, I'd also like POI to continue to be renewed for the full 22-24 episode season. I just love watching throughout the year and let me just say that I think the writers do an absolutely fantastic job using that episode space) </p>
