Hello everyone! I assume if you are seeing this, you enjoy CBS’s Person of Interest. Well if you’d like to relive the glory days of this amazing show or if you have just started it, I recommend this podcast! This is a current podcast where Father and Daughter, David and Emma Scott analyze every episode of the show! Typically, they have a 20-30 minute synopsis of the episode, then they spend roughly 30 minutes discussing:

• Overall feelings

•The Person of Interest (the guest star and what else they’ve been in)

• Best Scene

• Best Line

• Life Lesson

• Worst Acting

• Better Name (better name for the episode)

• Facts of Interest (fun facts, bloopers, and trivia tidbits about the episode)

• Questions (theories of unanswered questions about the episode)

• Where are they now? (What is the POI doing current day?)

•Who won the episode? (Who do you think was the best overall)

Sam Shaw's name

I have tried to find any reason why Sam/Sameen Shaw has been called Samantha on various sites as I cannot for the life of me find ANY canon confirmation that Samantha has ever been used as an alias for her. Are we going by scripts or something? Because on the actual show, she's only ever known by Sam or Sameen or by her surname Shaw. Why the insistance that she's Samantha?

Background Shaw

How, pray tell, can she be 10 some 20 years ago, advance through 7 years of school, 4 years of college, 4 yeas of med. school and who knows how many years of military basic, advanced, trng. then recommissioning, basic and advance officer's schools, CIA and ??? and still by the script, be only 30? She is, by anyone's reckoning, more than technically brilliant, she's a flocking miracle!!!

You do realise that she is linked to the U.S. Army, Navy and Marines. I have a feeling that this is a mistake.

Sarah Shahi (Shaw) to main cast

CBS has just issued a press release announcing Sarah Shahi will be a regular during Season 3 of POI. I'll update this with the details when they're released to their media website. Will Shaw be another asset?

Well, during "God Mode", Shaw's blue square turned yellow because she is now aware of the Machine's existence... Do you think Shaw could be another asset helping Finch? Not like Zoe, perhaps another main character, because Zoe doesn't know anything about the machine, and Shaw not only knows it, but saw it "talking" with Reese and even was at the place where the machine was supposed to be. Personally, I would love to have another asset, there are some possibilities for more storylines there.
