The Admin is a FBI technician who conducts Detective Carter's polygraph test as part of her procedure to join the FBI.
Carter does well on the test until he asks Carter about her relationship with Cal Beecher and if she was aware of the many IAB investigations against him. Carter denies any knowledge of the investigations but her chances of joining the FBI are ruined because of her closeness to Beecher.
