Claire Ryan is an NYU lecturer and one of four persons who witnessed the car accident of a Congressman's son.
She, along with Wendy McNally, Paula Vasquez and Matt Duggan, stole a quarter million dollars from the accident site.
She was killed in her own home by the assassins sent by the Congressman and his partner.
