	He is the President's Chief of Staff and seems to be friends with Control. He suspects the recent market crash ta be a terrorist attack but Control assures him that's not the case. He is approached by Samaritan via Gabriel to make contact with the President of the United States. Although dismissive of Gabriel at first he seems to come around when Gabriel's predictions about the exact point at which the market will close that night and the drop in his own portfolio comes true.

	An ISA agent he oversaw the team sent to retrieve Control from a van. He is knocked out by Fusco and Finch uses his terminal to upload a worm in Samaritan's system to track Shaw.

	He is a member of Control's new security team, after her regular agents were injured in a car crash perpetrated by Reese and Root. He travels with Control to Detroit to arrest Yasin Said but Root and Reese pull up in a jeep and fire a missile ahead of their car. He is injured in the resultant crash and Control is taken captive.
