Elias' Hideout is a warehouse basement where Carl Elias hides out following his escape from HR.
History[]
After being rescued by Detective Joss Carter from HR (“God Mode”), Elias takes to hiding out in this location (“Liberty”).
Carter visits Elias to find out information on the Devil Dogs' fence (“Liberty”) and later to figure out HR's money laundering scheme (“The Perfect Mark”).
Months later, Elias is still using this hideout when John Reese comes to him for help (“Panopticon”).
