Lorenzo is a local drug dealer.
After Caleb Phipps starts dealing in his neighbourhood, Lorenzo threatens him and tells him he can leave town if he pays back everything he made off his customers by the next night and decides to let Caleb off with a warning.
When Caleb doesn't show for the meeting with Lorenzo, Fusco promises Finch he'll take care of Lorenzo and make sure he never harms Caleb.
