Matt Duggan was a waiter and one of four persons who witnessed the car accident of a Congressman's son.
He along with Wendy McNally, Paula Vasquez, and Claire Ryan stole a quarter million dollars from the accident site.
He was killed by a bomb attached to a stroller standing in front of a motorcycle shop when he was about to buy a new Ducati motorcycle with the money he had stolen.
