The operative posing as Agent Maybank was sent into the NYPD 8th precinct to retrieve Grace Hendricks, who was being kept under protection. Shaw denied him entry, when Fusco came over and offered him access to an interrogation room. Maybank stepped inside to find Reese instead, who attacked him.
