Dominic uses him to steal valuable information on Elias and his organisation from the NYPD database. Dani Silva went undercover as a recruit to flush him out. He is later arrested after confessing to Reese and Silva.

	He is the detective present at Howard's murder scene. He suspects Howard was killed by one of his CIs.
